Hello, I am Suraj Shinde.
Currently using Livpure platino+ Copper (LIV-PLATINO-PLUS-COPPER).
I am very unhappy with the product as well as the customer service of the company. My unit needs repair every week and the local livpure team has very bad service. My service request- JS-[protected] was generated on 29th June 2022 and as of today no one has visited and the service request is still open. I just extended my warranty in thoughts of good service and after taking money company executives didn't even bothered to look in my complaint seriously.
And to mention this all started from the day when a techniciain visited to repair the pump and then somehow the UV system broke. He said he will bring the part tomorrow and he never came.
The technicians are not receiving my calls, Now livpure looks like it just a money taking scam literally.
And especially the local area manager of Aurangabad, 431007 by the name of Deepak is not taking this seriously and the behavior is rude.
I am genuinely very unhappy with overall service of the company and the product.
I request you to look in this matter and arrange a return/replacement of the product as I am no longer interested in your product and service.
This is very serious.
