Since recharging my Livpure Smart RO on 03/29, it has failed to sync with the mobile application and has ceased functioning. Despite multiple calls made from 03/29 until now, the issue remains unresolved with no one attending to it from the Chennai office. This is the Second time I am facing a delay in service.
It's frustrating to call on a daily basis to follow up on the issue.
Finally on 05/04/2024 i got one Chennai technician who attended and told its board issue and he is not ready to take up my concern instead they are asking for a Happy code without resolving the ticket.
Every time i need to spend an Hour to explain my issue to the customer care team and they will simply say we will escalate and nothing will happen. They just what to close the call nothing useful they will do to resolve your concern. They will attend the call and convince you by saying we escalated but they don't do it also they don't have any provision to connect the call to the service team. Simply waste our time.
I raised cancellation after getting frustrated on 06/04/2024 and for that also nobody called and collected the unit till now. They were irresponsible and playing with customer mental health
