Livpure — Livpure Ro ++ service not provided after opening multiple request

Address:Gajanan nagar, in front of shiv parvati sabha gruh wardha

Opened request multiple time, but no one ever responded in the company. Facing water issue, water leakage, excess waste water from last 2 months but service executive has not provided any proper service. We took insurance for 2 years cost rps 6500. Told us need to change membrane but has asked us for money. I membrane each year is free in the insurance. Company is not responding, facing terrible issues.
