After completion of my water purifier warranty period On February 2016, I am renew my AMC for one year( from feb-2016 to feb-2017).
On month of July -2016, when I am phone to customer care for my AMC, they send livpure engineer for service purpose. After their service many many problem we face till now ( like : water leakage from body, screen touch not working properly & ultimately touch damage).
when I call to customer care & service engineer for this type of problem, they told us that from month of February-2016 on wards no AMC in my water purifier because of no renew & no submission of renew amount.
Now this time our liv pure Ro water purifier not working properly because of customer care & service engineer of liv pure.
Prove document available with me :
1.)ICICI BAK check submit to Livpure service engineer on month of February-2016 (check number available)
2.)4500 /- amount withdraw from my account in favour of luminous water technology(Bank statement available)
3.)Livpure : invoice cum receipt for AMC available (28.02.2016 to 27.02.2017)
