My ro - amc was expired few month back, i raised a request and a service engineer told all parts to be replaced including membrane hence he forced me to extend the full amc package. After i brought full amc other engineer came for serice and he change only 2 candles and told everthing is good no need to replace anything.
Now the taste is very bad. I called customer service a week ago, no complaint taken they said they will internally escalate waited for 2 days nothing happened.
Again i called customer service they given a chennai head number it was not even working. The customer service agent told this time we will take as a priority complaint and escalate to top level, now more than 3 days nothing happened. Now i paid 4, 600 for amc?? Which is pretty waste. Poor service by livipure team.
This is not the first time, i brought this machine 2 year ago every-time i need to struggle to get the service from livipure. Playing with ppl money and health. Zerooooo customer service. Was this information helpful? |
