In the month of march I book an aquaguard rental subscription to accquire clean and no iron content water from the company Livpuresmart. Before buying the monthlt rental subscription, we mentioned our problem of high iron content in the water, on which the employees of the Livpuresmart company assure and promised me that I will get clean drinkable water. But at the time of installation, when we checked the water, it was same. The water had iron content as it was earlier with the same smell. On spot, after I checked infront of the installer, I asked him to uninstall the machine and cancel our subscription. He uninstalled the machine and I raised a request of refund for the cancellation of subscription before the machine pickup. They did not agreed to refund before pickup but they agreef for the cancellation. Hence, I complained here for the refund before pickup for the cancellation of subscription and later after somedays, they refunded back the money but they did not provide me any camcellation mail or pickup update. I tried to call them several time. No one responded. I had to leave the residence due to my mother's health detoriation. She is 74. I mailed them twice and told them about my address change. I eveb told them to inform me 1 day before the pickup, so that I can come down to my registered address for the handover of the machine. One employee promised me to arrange a pickup. I waited the entire day but no one came and later no one received the call.
Today they have sent me a legal notice of plan payment failure of 15, 000/- and disagreement of machine pickup which totally baseless. I have the mails screenshots. Even 2 of the mail addresses were also invalid. I mailed them on 3 E-mail Ids. Please look on to this fraud. They are harrasing a women on baseless ground.
