[Resolved] Livpure — misbehavior by call center employee | |||
I had called up liv pure on 01.02.2019, at 1630h. One ms priya responded to my call after approx. 10 mins, her tone while talking was as if she is doing a favour to me my attending the call. When i asked her regarding amc estimates she suddenly turned rude, upon this i asked her to transfer the call to her senior, i was kept on hold for ten minutes and thereafter she disconnected the call. Is this the way livpure trains its staff to handle the customers in such a competitive market. Was this information helpful? | |||
