[Resolved]  Livpure — neither delivery nor installation have been made for the livpure smart heka

Hi.
I heard about this livpure smart heka water purifier that they rent water purifiers on monthly basis. Before payment the customer care representative was attending the call even few times they called me back. But now after payment no one is picking up the call neither i got any product delivered to my address nor installation. I have seen lot of people complaining the same thing about this product. I have tried all possible ways to reach out to them. Now the thing is out of my control. I would request please take necessary action on this fradulent company as they are looting money from people in the name of water purifiers.
