[Resolved] Livpure — no installation even after payment | |
Hi. I saw the add that livpure smart heka water purifier rent water purifiers on monthly basis. Before payment the customer care representative was attending the call but now after payment being done no one is picking up the call neither i got any product delivered to my address nor installation. On saturday i got a email from one of the representative asking for some additional kyc documents which was submitted to him that day itself. No after calling him, even he's not picking the call. I have seen lot of people complaining about this product. I have tried multiple times to reach out to them via customer care number but now the thing is out of my control. I would request please take necessary action on this fradulent company as they are looting money from people in the name of water purifiers. Was this information helpful? | |
