Livpure — No refund received post LivpureSmart Homes subscription termination | |||
I raised request for my subscription termination mid of July and based on that request my purifier was collected on 27th July 2021. I terminated it as I was moving out of my apartment that week. I was told that the refund process takes about 5-7 days so I waited for around 5 days before I started following up . In the first week of August, they kept on telling that the return was still showing pending, to help with the issue I even shared the name and phone number of the person who collected it. Since then, I have been calling almost daily and someone from the customer care keep assuring me that I will have the refund in a day or two and it’s been 20 days now since I machine was picked up. They do not even respond over their official mail id [protected]@livpuresmart.com. The customer care personnel are pretty clueless about my situation. They keep on telling me that the finance team is saying I will have my refund in End of the day and a confirmation mail almost every day since the last 2 weeks. The subscription still shows on in their application. Attaching a screenshot. In the screenshot, it says it was last synced on 4th of August, which is impossible because I vacated my place on 30th of July and moved to a new place. Was this information helpful? | |||
