[Resolved] Livpure — no response from livpure representative | |
Complaint number - js[protected] Date - apr 12, 2020 - i had raised a request for maintenance of liv pure water purifier at my home. The water purifier have been displaying red light to contact livpure customer care. I kept patience and had wait for more time, as due to recent pandemic situation. I escalated the request on may 29, 2020, did number of followup. I asked for the mobile number of representative and they gave me number for two person "shailendra tiwary" and the other one was "manish" Both's numbers are not reachable. Now the customer care representative is disconnecting call everytime after taking my complaint number. Was this information helpful? | |
