Livpure — No Service person | |||
I am using this product ( Livpure) for three years and product is in AMC now. There is no outflow of water now. I registered a complaint on 28th Oct 2016. Complaint number is JS[protected]. They assigned this ticket to SEVENHILL ENTERPRISES ( [protected]). I was assured that the technician will contact me in two hours. But no show. Once they gave me a technician number to contact. I contacted the technician and told me that he will come soon. But he never turned up and we have been calling at least twice or thrice everyday to customer care. We get the same response of attending in two hours every time. There is no solution till now. We are fed up of this. This is not at all acceptable. Why are they not valuing the customer time?
