[Resolved] Livpure — non-fulfillment of conditions under amc | |||
I purchased a two years smartguard amc plan for my livpure ro series pep plus in august 2019 for rs. 8399/-. As per this amc plan, my ro service is overdue since two months. I have booked service request /complaint three times. Everytime an assurance is given that service engineer will visit soon. But, no one has attended my service request. Now, their customer care also not responding and put me always in queue at number 8 or 10. Now, bad smell is emanating from water of this ro. It is now causing a serious health hazard.
