I have purchased Livpure LIV-PEP-PRO-PLUS+ 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier (White) in may-2019, after 6 months, it's taking lot of time to fill the tank. it is under warranty period.i have raised the request(JS-[protected]), they are not attending the complaint, if we call to customer care, simply they escalated, after escalation also no one calling and attending the service request. if again i call to customer care, they are repeating the process but they are not attending the service.they are providing the area in-charge mobile no, i have called no.of time and he is not answering call Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been waiting for Livpure RO service since long. I have raised several requests and escalated several times but no service engineer visits my location. Really disappointing.
