Livpure — Not changing parts in warranty also as its company policy that parts should be changed after 220 days | |||
Hi, It's hard to say that I am totally disappointed by the livpure services. As it was clearly mentioned on the company website and confirmed from your Customer Support team also that RO Carbon Filter, sediment filter, DI Cartridges, RO membrane anyhow to be changed after 220 Days. But your Bareilly Zonal Manager MR. Azeem Kamal Siddique is not changing these parts after my N no of request and saying that you need to pay for these things as you have Purchased online so These things are not covered under warranty. On the trust of LivePure brand, have taken the AMC for 2 years also but now i felt like it was my biggest mistake to trust on LivePure. Till yet nothing is changed in my RO on a priority basis all the above-mentioned parts should be changed I have raised above concern on [protected]@livpure and received the ticket id 74378 10 days ago and no response till yet Thanks & Regards Ankit Kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
