It been month time after raising the request with livpure, it took more than a week just to send engineer to location after many so many followup.

Issue: As was not cooling.
June 13th engineer visited the location and not able to find exact root cause of the issue then he took parts along with him to test.
As per him, he will send parts to livpure to test and identify the.
this ticket outsourced to jeeves, they are not giving proper inputs and technician also not having good skills and he asked me to pay 650 rs charges prior to visit.
Now as per livpure customer care ticket is closed, not sure now where is the spare and engineer who visited also not giving proper response. As per engineer he sent spares to livepure but in livepure end call is closed.
