Dear sir .

I have placed the order for livpur Alkaline water purifier and I placed the order 27 oct and received me yesterday night delivery courier and next day installation engineer comeing and I will check open box and see old and scracty unit and open wire and all unit is scratch and old I never use this unit so plz refund the my amount and pickup this unit .
