[Resolved]  Livpure — pathetic service from technician

Hi team

I had raised a request to check the leakage in pre filter, the technician came and insisted on buying pressure valve instrument costing 1050 rs. This was of local company and not even livpure. When i refused to buy that, he pretended to fix the issue but instead broke my pre filter, then without solving the problem he left. Now leakage is not solved as well as pre filter is broken.

Please take strict action and also help to get my issue resolved asap. I had a really bad experience. Call id is js-[protected].
They have closed my call without happy code. How is this possible? Seems kind of scam
