[Resolved] Livpure — product installation not done even after 1 week | |||
Bought livpure pep pro water purifier on 8th oct. Got the message from livpure that the product will get installed by 10th oct, but its been more than a week since the committed date, but the product is not installed yet. Complained several times by calling the livpure customer care number - got response that the issue has been escalated, but still i stand here with my product stll lying in the room uninstalled. Got the number of the installation guy from the service area encharge on 15th oct. Spoke to him on the same day, got assurance that product will get installed on that day itself. Called him again in the evening, got the response that he cannot come due to rain and he committed to install it the next day (16th oct) before 11 am. 16oct - product installation still not done. Called the installation guy at sharp 11 am. He gave some excuse that he had some work. He said he will install it by evening. Tried calling him again in the evening, but he didnt pick the call. 17 oct - product still uninstalled. This is the worst experience i ever had. The worst service. Never gonna recommend livpure to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
