[Resolved] Livpure — Return of the water purifier | |||
I ordered the product on 17th November 2020 and there was prompt follow up and delivery on the same day. Someone came for installation on 18th November but it couldn't be installed because of landlord issues. The same was communicated to the Livpure team and I was reassured that the product would be collected from my house. It has almost been a month since it has happened, I have been in touch with the customer support team everyday for the past 1.5 weeks but no one has come to collect the product yet. I have sent mails, spoken to support team on chat and called the team. I do not understand why the delivery can be so prompt but the return is not happening on time.
