I have take RO machine for rental. Almost one year used the machine during lockdown. Later planned to vacate Bangalore so registered for de activation in mobile app. Received call from representative and they come and collected machine without giving any acknowledgement. When contacted customer care they told profile will be updated and they will close my account.
With this confirmation returned to my native. But after 2 months they started calling again for pick up and return machine.
I reached again customer care and they verified with warehouse and confirmed machine already received also they told to ignore the call and message. They assured to update profile.
Every month receiving call from different people.
Raised so many complaints but no one actioned yet from livpure.
I never seen company like this before.
How to solve this issue, if anyone from livpure see this message could you action on this.
