Hello, I bought livepure touch 2000 ro a couple of years ago and service was alright for a couple of years. Recently i also bought extended warranty on parts by paying ~rs.8, 000/-. Since 4 days from november 28th, 2019 i am trying to connect to customer care to complain regarding the issue with my filter - watr not getting filtered. Everytime the customer care is busy and they say they will call back. After two days got a call back, saying complaint was registered. The engineer who was assigned denies to come for service because livepure i[censored]nder amc, they will not come and work. I am suffering like hell trying to connect to the service center. Latest service request no. Js-[protected] allocated to satyanarayana reddy (Data02) - [protected]. I want my amc money back as i feel i am cheated with this amc charges and i will get my filter fixed thru a paid service somewhere. Please respond asap. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
