I purchase the Live pure Touch plus RO on 09.11.2020, vide bill no-015738, dt-09.11.2020, vide serial no: B2KE11D1056393.
Now last 24.05.21 the RO was problem of water dispenser and lodged complain no: JS-[protected]. the engineer came and repair it.
again today I getting same problem and lodged complain no: JS-[protected].
Service engineer came and confirm that the water pump was damaged and need to repair or replace same. He gone without closure the service request. He will let me know whether the parts available or not by tomorrow
now its really unacceptable that a new RO how can it get motors problem
I request you kindly look into same immediately and revised otherwise I will proceed for consumer case against your product. As still now I am purchasing water from market
