[Resolved]  Livpure — ro water machine not working

I have subscribed to titanium plan smart ro water machine not working, and there is no water coming i have raised a service request no (Js[protected]) it's been a week no one have called me regarding the issue. And no one even responding to my email and calls on this [protected] number. I raised escalation reques also. Still no responce.
