When I purchased the Liv Pure RO on and around Dec 22 and i felt the first blow on Jan 22 when membrane was damaged and that time also i had to communicate to many people to get that changed and that time I was told that preventive maintenance would be carried out in all possible way as promised before and will get membrane and filters changed up in coming time as per time duration of 7-8 months o[censored]se
Today on 17/08/2023 when service technician Rahul Saini came and I told him to check the status and asked whether membrane requires to be changed, he was rude and straight away denied that no membrane now will be changed as previously it was changed on your demand.
I have a question from the people running livpure when someone purchases a product and product tends to be defective in less than a month then would you call it a “replacement under my (customer)demand “ Why would I not be entitled get full services and membrane replaced if i feel so and it was told to me
There was no clarification given on this by Area Manager Arvind also as well he was also confused and was misleading with several changing statements and he himself was not sure whether it can be replaced under warranty or not.
When I tried complaining about all this Livpure customer care created a ticket and then after few hours changed it to resolved . Was this information helpful? |
