Due to service delay...our water utilization is impacted...Still we have 7000 liters of water in our account...so I requested for extension of subscription at leaat upto December 2022...because of their service delay in my whole year..subscription. They are treating us like beggers and they are saying 10 day or 15 days of extension only possible.
See I paid the money and having 7000 liters of water in my account...Still they are not accepting our request...if they provided best...service...then every one will use at least minimum require water na.
Cheapest tricks they are playing to loot peoples money.
Request you please take compliant as serious issue...even I'm ready to file a case against them.Other they will.loot money form lot many people in this way.
