[Resolved] Livpure — service due but no engineer turned up even after so many calls... pathetic experience

Worst experience ever. Even after calling so many times no engineer turned up for the service due. And when i call customer care they don't even transfee their calls to manager neither they call back. There is no one to take matter seriously. I will be filing case against company for the illeness of my family due to contaminated water because of livpure water purifier.

Updated by Maggii12 They even don't have correct bill details...my product was under warranty when I called but they rejected the call from backend and now they say they will charge for the service.This company is just here to make money and customer representatives are very rude.One of the them is Anil from senior ex department.
