[Resolved] Livpure — service of livpure water purifier | |
It's been over 3 months now since my livpure pep pro + has been due for service. Calling customer care number is of no use as there is no agent available to answer call. Email and raising a complaint online will forward a boilerplate verbiage and that is it. No one calls or no email from a human being. I paid for the amc for 5 years in advance and i am not getting the service which i am entitled for. I do not want service from livpure now and the trust is lost.
