Livpure — Service person fraud and filter is not working. | |||
I am using livpure touch model registered with number - [protected]. 3 months back two of service person with the name of preetam kahsyp has visited our home and change outer filter which is of 200rs and he took 300 rs from my father and product is still in warranty. And i don't know why even they took money. Later 6 days back filter life is almost dead and i called service person and when he open the case.. Case of ro is broken and they replaced. Now again tds is 500 above and when i asked them to check properly each filter they said they can't change any filter except sedimented n carbon. I mean this is clear cut fraud by them. I want a new ro installed again. Or they can replace all filters at once. Was this information helpful? | |||
