Despite promises of timely delivery and installation, the delivery was significantly delayed. Furthermore, the product delivered is faulty, leading to considerable inconvenience and mental distress. Despite filing a complaint, no technician has been sent to address the issue. This situation has resulted in flooding in my kitchen, adding to the frustration. I urge you to prioritize this matter and take immediate action to rectify the delayed installation, replace the faulty product, and send a technician promptly. Your swift response and resolution to this matter are greatly anticipated.
