I purchased a uv & uf filter from a dealer of brand name livpure on 24th dec 2018 and on 9th jan 2019 with in a span of 15 days it stopped working. I have registered the complaint with the company but there is no response, when company person attended the call he said that the some part needs to be replaced which is currently not available, he said he will get it next day but since last 3 days we are using water bottles purchased from outside and no resolution has been given.
Poor service from livpure.
