Livpure — Very Poor Services >> untrained service provider

I am a customer of Livpure from last 35 months back & also I had purchased a three years AMC from you company in which you had given to me a guarantee that any parts of your RO will get damaged or any service request from your side, you company will do it.
but from last ten days I did generate a request Id number is JS-[protected] and this request was transferred to many people of your staff, I have all the screen shot of messages.
Still my RO is not working and water is not coming if it is coming, it is in very bad condition & very slowly.
Please suggest what I will do and your guys are not picking my phone & not getting any response from their side.
In the last, i am suggesting to you that a famous Indian person is doing advertisement of your brand.
Please don't use his name for poor and useless services.
