I had registered a service request due to slow water from the RO then livpure has assigned the complaint to the technician and technician had serviced the RO on chargeable basis. After the service, the RO had another issues like not getting off after getting full of water, continuous flow from the drain pipe, beep sound continuously etc. which identified just only after the service of the RO carried out by the technician sent by the livpure. I had again complained regarding the same but they are asking for visit and other maintenance charges even though the problems were created by the technician of livpure.
