[Resolved] Livpure — worst customer care and service. | |||
Registered complaint on 14 sept through ivr, got sms confirmation about the same on same time. Now livpure is saying my warranty expired on 17 sept and we ll charge servicing charges. I raised sr on 14th dec, as its 365 days customer care support, i must get resolution on 14 or by max 15. Now you are saying, my warranty expired on 17th, why should i pay for servicing for your delay? I am feeling, it happened intentionally by thinking if we delay for day or two then customer would charge for servicing.
