[Resolved] Livpure — worst/pathetic is small word to compare with your service | |||||
I have raised a complaint on Friday 20-Sep-2019 through IVR, till now not received compliant number in SMS or Email. When I reach customer care they shared compliant number. Every day they are saying "sorry for inconvenience, today evening or tomorrow morning technician will visit and resolve it, we have escalated and taken on priority". Till now technician not visited, I don't understand what does escalate or priority means for Livpure. This is not the first time I'm facing this issue with Livpure.
