Livpure — Wrong claim in product sheet | |
I have purchased my Envy plus Livpure RO water filter ( Sl no C3FW31D1000543 ) in 1st week of August'15. Within one the machine failed. Within last the machine had to service 5 times. Now on sixth time again machine failed. Service man came and did cleaning, replacement of membrane several times. Finally they say that I am drawing more water than its capacity. The specification says its max duty cycle 75 litre per day. It has storage capacity of 8 litres. My requirement is around 30 to 40 litres which is around 50% of its specified duty cycle. Hence in consultation with the dealer I selected the model. Now the machine is not working. As per serviceman's instruction I started drawing only around 20 litre and buying remaining requirement. even then the machine fails. I wrote several emails to the company asking for clarification on its capacity. The company does not bother to reply. At least if company confirms that its datasheet is wrong and the machine cannot be expected to filter more than 20 to 25 litre I would have thrown this machine gone for another brand.
