[Resolved] Livpure — zero response after taking amc | |||
Shameless people from shameless company livpure. Such a worst shameless experience from livpure. I have taken amc worth rs.5000 to get hassle free service. Service was due in may. I can understand lockdown reason in may. But lockdown lifted after may and started calling customer care for sending person to change filters. Service id : js-[protected] From may to july, i made more than 100 calls to customer care & their authorised service agent in panvel, maharashtra "tripurari enterprises pvt ltd". I have taken amc from same livpure authorised service agent "tripurari". Everytime livpure customer care & service agent said today or tomorrow person will come. From june onwards service agent started not receiving calls. 'livpure' & service agent "tripurari enterprises" both are not responding and we have buy drinking water everyday from shops. Who will pay for this...??? Livpure...??? Livpure & their service agents are fooling the customers by taking money for amc. Its big big fraud & scam... Give my money back...
