Dear Team,
I had given by home furniture requirement to livespace with Rs. 25000 initial payment however within next few days i had cancelled my request and requested for refund.
I had submitted my cancellation request thru email as well on [protected]@livespace.com. Had also requested for refund of Rs. 25000/- on the same email.
Pls note that, even after multiple calls to livespace they are not ready to refund my amount by saying its not in company policy to refund the amount.
My only request is that if i have not used a single service from livespace they should refund my amount.
