Livspace — Refund and Communication issues

Looks like several people had raised similar complaints on Livspace related to the refund of booking amount. I'm facing a similar issue with Livspace Chennai branch where they promised to refund the booking amount of 25K and persuaded me to make the payment on the same day citing all discounts, etc. Now they ask me to buy their products worth 1Lac from their catalogue which are useless products and very expensive. After more than a month's struggle and escalation, they agreed to let me buy products worth of 25K from their catalogue which I agreed without any other option. Now i've selected the products and have been following up with them via whatsapp group and customer care email for almost a month and not getting any response. Tried their escalation channels as well but in vain.
