Respected sir,
With respect to subject mentioned above it is requested to cancel my order and pay refund to my account.
I have ordered on 8-10-23 by paying 51000/- as a booking amount during your representative visit at my home by Mr Rohit Agrawal and Ms Pankhuri Gupta with the assurance that work will be completed within 40 days.Then after I have paid Rs 1, 57, 900/- for execution of work on 1-11-23.&also paid Rs 20000/- .Evenafter your project manager replied that it takes more 30 days to complete the work.
It is very disheartening that reputed company like livspace have no such mechanism to complete the work in stipulated time frame.Everyone, i name specifically Mr Rohit Agrawal, Pankhuri Gupta, Ms Nupur is not fulfill the commitment given to customer.Almost even after two months no one takes responsibility and assurance.Still asking more than 30 days.
So with lots of frustration, I urge to cancel order and refund my amount.
