Livspace has trapped us and done fraud. They have asked us to pay the booking amount stating that "we are giving you the best offer only that will valid only for today and this we have never given to any other customers" Initially they said we will do interiors for 2BHK in 4.25 lacs. Then they asked us to do a payment of 25000rs. In the next few days they again demanded 5000rs to send he designer for site measurement. Now when design phase started they have transferred our case to different designer to JP nagar branch. Reason they said they can communicate in Hindi. When design phase started the final quote was of 9.25lacs. when we onjected they said dont worry sir our manager will apply the discounts. At last when we stick to the point that our budget was 5 lacs only, then they started removing foyer, utility etc. The moment we said that we dont want to proceed further, they shared some samples from Livspace site to buy products from them and that must be of worth 1 lac. which is nowhere written in the clause/aggreement/email. Now they are not at all responding to phone call/emails and still our money is with them {Shabab( sales team Marathahalli) Ar Radhey( sales manager Marathahalli )Tharun ( design team Marathahalli) Yashashree ( design team JP nagar) Jyotirmayee ( design manager JP nagar)}. Our hard earned money is with the Livspace, They are not refunding and not allowing us to do shopping worth 30000rs from their website. Please help us.
