Livspace — Not returning your deposit money Rs 20000

Hi Sir/Madam
I am Thiyagarajan from Chennai, We approached Livspace interior company in Chennai on Dec2020 for the interior work.
They accepted our budget price and took Rs 20000 as a deposit money.

They have informed us Incase of cancellation we have to buy your product at the equivalent amount I have paid.

They have also said there will be only 5%-10% plus or minus difference with the actual price when project starts from our budget and we agreed too. But after two weeks they given the quotation of 50% higher from our budget without start the work.
And we requested the Livspace company to refund our deposit money and they agreed for it and given confirmation by email as well us.Now they said, will return only Rs10000 and not in policy to return your money.
We are really mentally frustrated with this company moreover they are not picking our calls and not replying our emails also.

My kind request please take necessary action against to Livspace company in Chennai and to get back our money soon.
