I strongly advise everyone to think twice before choosing Livspace for interior work.
My experience has been extremely disappointing and financially stressful. While their sales team is very polite and convincing at the beginning, the reality after payment is completely different.
They took measurements three separate times, and each time a different person visited. Despite this, when the final products were delivered for installation, several items did not fit properly. Some components were incorrectly manufactured, and the installation quality was very poor.
The kitchen units installed look boxy and asymmetrical. The cabinets are uneven, and the finishing is below basic standards. It honestly feels like random boxes have been fixed to the wall without any proper design planning or aesthetic sense.
After paying ₹1, 30, 000, I expected professional work and quality execution. Instead, I received careless workmanship, poor coordination, and a product that does not justify the cost at all.
I have demanded a refund of ₹1, 30, 000 due to clear deficiency in service. I hope the company resolves this matter responsibly.
