Livspace — unethical behaviour delaying the work

The designer and the manager is not co-operating. They just call us when they need the payment. When we go to them regarding the delay in work they just tell us they are not responsible for the work going on-site they just give us some other person number. The manager there says they are only responsible for the design but at the time of taking payments they are the one who comes in-front and speaks very sweetly. This type of attitude from the designer, as well as the manager there at the bangalore office, it is just done for such a reputed so-called brand. This is my worst experience ever. Would never recommend it ti anyone

Response on customer grievancies is pathetic. I have sent 02 mails to Customer care & Co-Founder Mr Anuj Srivastava 4 days & 2 days back but not replied yet. No one knows the TAT for response? I had already paid 50% for the interiors of my Flat in Feb'20 but nobody responded afterwards. People speak only for payment without doing anything. I am feeling cheated by this Company on their commitments.
Very Pathetic experience with Livspace. I had chosen Livspace over local carpenter so that I should not worry about the timelines and quality. In the beginning of the discussion with designer (Nishant Rana), I was told the project will get completed within 45 days . I paid first 10% of the amount on 26th September itself and these people have taken 1 month to place the order and that was not for the entire home. It was just two wardrobes, 1 TV unit, 1 wallpaper and curtain rods. For these few things only, Nishant has placed order on 30th October. I told him clearly that we need to shift in the new home before 30th November and that is the last & max date. He always used to say "Don't worry. Your project will get completed before 30th November itself. We will FAST TRACK the project". There is nothing called Fast Tracking in Livspace. The actual thing is whenever they will place order, they will take minimum 45 days to complete that, even if there are only few things to do. There is no commitment and no tracking of order. In the starting they will say "you can track everything on Livspace Hub" . But there will only be one status from the starting which is "Poraised" .Even I tried to escalate the project by calling customer care. But that is also of no use. It is better to get the work done from local carpenter so that it can be tracked.Worst Experience Ever!!!
