1. Overcharged to the customer, it's not been mentioned to early evaluation for e.g trims, shifting of electrical points
2. Incorrect design till as provided at the start of the project which caused to added overcharge to the customer..
3. Items that we added included proper evaluations.
4. Poor ground-level support from the Operational lead, the customer is directly involved with a vendor just because of lack of support.
5. There is no alignment with the designer, backend team, vendor, and OL.
6. Not aligned to timelines
Overcharging customers in terms of vendor services charging almost 3-4 times more for items.
We did the deal on 4 oct till date all delivery not happened .
