Lloyd — AC E5 error

I purchased Lloyd AC from reliance digital on 23 April 2023, located at below address. After couple of weeks I got E5 error, we checked the pipeline and there is no issue.

No resolution after multiple follow up with Reliance digital and Lloyd.

Please see attached pics of my AC and they opened it multiple times without knowing the exact root cause and left that like that for last two weeks.


I am extremely disappointed with reliance and Lloyd product and will never by any Lloyd product in future. Please replace my AC.

This is my fist and last experience with Lloyd product. Never thought this would have been so worse.
