Below is my compain:

"Dear Mr. ARUN, We regret for the inconvenience caused. Your service request [protected] has been escalated to concerned executive. - Havells"

I would say very very worst company service, it's been 14 days, my Split AC complain haven't resolved.

Customer care is very unmatured, and not taking any action against service center.

When I call service center, they are still saying, will take some more time for part to deliver to them.
Once part will come then they'll repair that.

Date wise:

I raised my compain on 18 June 2023, and mechanic visisted my house, and checked the AC.
Mechanic said one part is not working, and once that part will come to there service center, then he'll come, and replace that one.

On 22 June, I called Lloyd customer care for update, they told that they informed again to service center.

On the same day, service center cancelled my complain by mentioning that my phone is not reachable.

On 27 June, again I called Lloyd customer care about my problem, they said, will escalate again to service center.
Same day, I also called service center, and raised my concern, they raised a new compain.

On 1 July, again I called Lloyd customer care, they say the same thing that they will escalated to service center.
And I also called service center directly, they said still it will take 2-3 days to receive the part.

As it's been already 14 days, and no progress on my compain.

I'll never recommend any one to purchase any product of this Company as there service is very very worst, looks like fraud company.

There is nothing to take customer feedback, not any update for customer compain.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I was purchased an A/C for my sister on 26th May 2023.
    I usually don’t purchase Lloyd or Havells product but I purchased as my friend (who owns a distributor of Lloyd’s Eloctro Bazaar, Salipur) suggest me to purchase. But it was like a nightmare for me to do so. That A/C was installed on the next day by the technician but after 20 days it’s stopped working. So I raised a complain (complain number [protected]) on 23rd June 2023. Thae next day the Technician (Mobile Number - [protected]) came after calling me two times at evening. He told me that there is no gas due to the indoor unit leaking.
    After two days on 26th June 2023 again I call to costumer care and complain about the same. But I got a call from [protected] this number and he said, he will send some one to fix the problem. But till now, I don’t got any results. Still I am waiting to hear from you.
    Sir after spending 40k for an A/C, still we are sleeping with a very high temperature. I know it doesn’t matter to you. But please don’t force me to take any other format to highlight these issues. For your reference I am attaching the bill and SMS that I’ve received.

      Lloyd is a very bad company, the quality of its air conditioners is very bad, they do not do cooling, they consume more electricity, the service of the company is very bad. Their engineers are not skilled in their work, please don't buy lloyd's ac at all.mob no.is [protected]

        Getting an error in the display screen as E6

        Address: 28/783,Ablock, plot no:504, Samskruthi Nandi Appartment, Lalitha nagar, Ngos colony, Nandyal

        When we got this error service guy said its a outbox board problem.he then confirmed us that raised a complaint to lloyd care and then once part received they replaced the board yesterday I.e 21-jun and now again we are getting the same problem and the output is not getting on in the stabiliser even after board is replaced.

        We need an immediate attention here to get this issue resolved....

        I have file a complaint with Lloyd regarding my llyod AC but the service center and customer care continue misguide me that they every time said to me the issue will be resolve within 2 days and now they said part is not billing even after 11 days. I have faces the medical issues due to this problem. I am very depressed please request to resolve my problem ASAP.

          Dear Team,

          I made a complain to Lloyd customer care, call id [protected] dated 24.05.2023, and subsequent follow ups dated 27.05.2023 and 29.05.2023. I have been informing to Lloyd customer care that my inverter split air conditioner (purchased on 14.04.2023 which is not even 2 months old) is not working however even after 3 follow ups with customer care no service engineer visited my house to resolve the issue. No one from your team even bothers to inform me that how long it will take and when it can get resolved. Whenever I am enquiring about the resolution with customer care, no one is able to address it properly. I never expected this type of poor service from a brand like Havells. I made a big mistake by choosing your product. Anyways, i want my issue to get resolved urgently.

                Dear Lloyd Team,
                I had purchased the Lloyd 1.5 ton capacity 5 star rating air conditioner on 20.04.2023 through Amazon. They are delivered on 27.04.2023 and same was installed by the Lloyd service dealer on 28.04.2023. with in 15 days time I was face the issue on AC ( Error code E5 and no cooling ) same was raised the service request on 18.05.2023, they are attend on 21.05.2023, they decided to sent the product to service center, same day with my own expenses I was hand over the product to dealer, they are returned the product after 26.05.2023, same was fitment done. With in 2 days same problem was arrived.
                With in one month I am faced the issues, after long time I need to stay at dealer with aircondition to resolve.

                Hence I requested to you, Lloyd company was cheated me by the supply of quality less product and poor service.
                I need to the replace the new product or refund the money from Lloyd company

                    I had complained on 17 may2023 for ac repair the technician come on 18 May 2023 time 17:00 pm . He said Gas leakage problem new technician will come and he refill gas. plz share otp for my work i wil share my otp with him and he said new technician visit on 19 may 2023 . but when no technician will come on 19 may 2023. i was call on toll free so i came to know that my complaint has been closed then i requested them and they again re open my complaint. 20 may 2023 technician was come and said coil and display had to be replaced.
                    Till now the company has not sent the required parts n I'm a renter living in top floor of the building. I'm greatly disturbed please do something... I'm losing hope because it is 1 day work which has taken 7 days and don't know how many more days it will take. Lloyed service provider Snow point no one picks up the call .

                      I had complained on 18 may for ac repair the technician said pcb had to be replaced.
                      Till now the company has not sent the required parts n I'm a hosteller living in top floor of the hostel...my exams are due in a week I'm greatly disturbed please do something... I'm loosing hope

                          Last week my old parents ordered Lloyd AC and i requested for Ac installation with given SMS number by Hawells - [protected]. That Tech turned to my parents place after 2 days and installed with poor services. After 2 days water is leaking from that AC, we called up the same number and same story is running. No one turned up to my parents place to fix the issue. Very pathetic service from Lloyd. We had very good service (after purchase) from Llyod one years back thats the reason we ordered 3 more AC s from Llyod. Now we are really regretting to make this purchase with Llyod. Now i am in a situation someone from outside and fix the issue.

                            I'm komal. My freeze is not working for few days. I called customer care about it on 13th may they said that" technician will reach within 24 to 48" but nobody came. I call daily to customer care but they daily said " today will reach" there is zero support for us . Literally lloyd customer care service is worst. I'm very disappointed because today is 17 may. My food and vegetables are rotting.

                              I have recently purchased a Split AC on 30/April/2023 from a showroom at Railway Kodur, Andhra Pradesh. Our place is a village and so the AC technician said he will come next day for installation. They cam after 2 days for fixing it. The appointed technician sent another mechanic for installation. This i came to know after the new technician arrived at my place. They fixed the AC on 3rd May 2023. I used for one night later I didnot use the product as i am out of station. On 7th May I tried using the product but no cooling only fan runs, so i called to the same technician who asked me to call him if any issues after installing. He didnt turnup on same day, after 2 days the technician came back and checked stated its a manufacturing defect in the Indoor machine. Its a brand new piece and they said there is a issue in the Inner machine and will get replaced after reviewing with the company. How can i buy a defect product for 43000Rs? I said i dont want that product better replace completely if you cannot do it. I called the showroom and gave a complaint. after 3days they said its fixed. But on the same night when we started using found there is a water leakage in the Indoor machine where they fixed. So do they think customers are fool to accept a defect product. You sold it to me as a brand new prduct and after installation within a day so many issues and how can you think that customer can accept such a defect product. I am completely not satisfied with the service. Technician is a worst person no matter what we ask he is really person like running the complete LLoyd company. Though we understand its a rural area so for all the surrounding villages there will be a common technician but with this advantage this guy his name is SYED IMRAN BASHA who is a technician for most of the brands in our surrounding areas. Its a Kadapa district but Railway Kodur is the town from where this guy is working for LLOYD company. First you should fire this kind of person from your company. Becoz of this person company name spoils. This person is not very much sincere to his work. I raised 2 complaints via Customer Service but he closed them saying i didnt respond the call. When there is a issue how can i be without answering a call.. again next day i spoke to him when i missed to answer his call but the guy is a lier. no very much truthful to his work. He asked me to accept his mistake and convincing me to agree for accepting a new indoor machine. I am not satisfied and want my complete refund. Taught this a good product but defects found on new products and there technicians are very poor. Not happy with there service. would be good if someone can call and resolve this.

                                I am Kartik, purchased Lloyd AC just 25 days ago from authorised brand deler. Deler provided free installation as well.

                                But 25 days later, AC stopped working. I contacted to deler and LLoyd customer support. But customer support didn't support, and ignoring my query.

                                It has been 5 days, yet my AC is not working. I did 2 complain for it, though they are not supporting.

                                I have 1 year old boy, and due to hot summer and 44 degree Celsius temperature at each day, he met with high fever and Diaria.

                                I made two complain at Lloyd with below complain number

                                  Split AC Facing too much problems

                                  I brought a new spilt Ac on 11/04/2023 But facing so many problems.
                                  1-Abnormal Sound Reflect indoor unit(Not all time)
                                  2-Display light not stable it Fluctuate.
                                  So i would Request to you after purchase 1month facing this issue so why i purchase new AC?
                                  *When a new thing is opened for Repair its no longer new, so please provide me with a new one.*

                                  We have purchased three split AC with following serial number.

                                  It was installed and now we have water dripping and AC remote not working. we have raised may complains with customer care but till now no one has come to solve the same.
                                  More over during installation the technician has taken any left over copper pipe which was provided by us.
                                  I would request for a immediate action to resolve the same or else all the three aircon can be taken back and a refund be processed .
                                  I have also contacted Mr Jain Who is incharge of Noida, unfortunately no action taken.

                                    Like to Inform I purchased an Loyds Air Conditioner from Thanjavur Athavan refrigeration Invoice no: 2023-24/AAR-21 Thanjavur on saturday On 29-04-23 and sent to Chennai for my house installation the box and installation initiated by VG HOME CARE SERVICE sales & service Guduvanchery chennai which is Authorised service person for Lloyds

                                    At the time of installation Inner unit working and outer unit not working and the technician report the outer unit circuit board is problem!!!, The unit is left unattended and till now No response from Anyone Today i received a call from Person Mr.Kasi rajan from Lloyd's Who assure that the problem will be resolved today but till this mail draft nothing happen the unit is still outside .

                                    I paid and Till now the seller not taken action nor the authorize service person not taken action. I don't know what to say

                                    IT IS An New UNIT . My question is, New unit box open by the lloyds authorise service personnel while installation how come it get defect? are there no quality Check & PDI at the time of Manufacturing ? .kindly investigate on this subject and do the needful to change the outer UNIT ASAP .

                                    if it is faulty i need an new unit replacement, i don't Solicit any Replacing parts on my newly purchased Unit.
