Lloyd — AC service request

I brought an AC 2 years back and i was told i would receive 2 services within a year. Due to unfortunate event of pandemic we were unable avail the service with a year of purchase.
Upon contacting the service team they are uncooperative and stubborn that they wouldn't give us a free service because its been 2 years now.
well pandemic was not something i could have avoided, i wouldn't think of my AC getting cleaned up when people are dying.
The response was very unprofessional and unhealthy that i doubt the humanity within the company.

Please consider this on priority and i hope to escalate this issue.
LET ME KNOW THE ESCALATION POINT ASAP!
