Lloyd — AC showing e1 error booked for a service via showroom but not rectified since one month

I have purchased a lloyd split inverter air conditioner on 7th of April 2018 from QRS sreekariyam showroom, trivandrum, kerala, India. Earlier in the month of august water was coming from AC and in October it started showing E1 error. So on 19th October 2020 I have requested a service on toll free number but didn't receive any response. So I contacted the showroom on 20th october and requested them to register a service. 2 days later on 22nd October with no response I again contacted them and on the same day servicemen came to detect the problem an told that indoor pc board is to replaced. They will have to order for the product and will come after receiving it and will cost 3500 rupees for the board. On 31st October they came with board and it didn't got corrected and told outdoor pc board is also needed to be replaced and both pc board will cost around 10, 000 rupees. On that day we paid 600r as service charge. Since then nobody has contacted us or even informed us about any further matters. Later on we got to know that we have 5 years warranty period which is upto April 2023. They are misleading the customers. Very bad company, above all very disgusting service. Would not recommend the brand to anyone. Till now they have given a list of their seniors officials to contact but none of them are having a proper reply. Even they have not provided us with our complaint registration number. They are just misleading us by saying that they do not have such system of complaint registration number and all. It's a pure case of misrepresentation. Please do the needful.
