I opened a service request with job Id:[protected] on 7th November 2020 regarding the breakdown of my washing machine.

The technician came to my place, inspected the machine for a while and told me that the PCB has gone faulty and needs to be replaced or repaired.
I enquired for both the solutions and opted for a repair.
He took the control pannel PCB and the controller with him for repair and promised to deliver in 4 days. The point to be noted here is HE TOOK RS. 500 FROM ME as a service charge.

After three days i.e. on 10th November, the technician again came and told that one more part needs to be taken from washing machine to complete the repair and took a bunch of wirings from the washing machine with him.

After that day, till now, I am trying to contact him regarding my repair and m not getting any satisfactory response.

In addition, the guy Sudhir Sharma is way too blunt in his communication and doesn't know how to talk with respect.

Today I called the Lloyd's customer care and came to know that my service request has been canceled with comment that customer refused to pay service amount. This is really not a kind of service i expected from Lloyd and its executives.
How can a technician close/cancel a service request by himself.

Lloyd — Fraud in service request: Technician took parts of my washing machine and Rs.500 and never returned the parts and cancelled the service request

I opened a service request with job Id:[protected] on 7th November 2020 regarding the breakdown of my washing machine.

The technician came to my place, inspected the machine for a while and told me that the PCB has gone faulty and needs to be replaced or repaired.
I enquired for both the solutions and opted for a repair.
He took the control pannel PCB and the controller with him for repair and promised to deliver in 4 days. The point to be noted here is HE TOOK RS. 500 FROM ME as a service charge.

After three days i.e. on 10th November, the technician again came and told that one more part needs to be taken from washing machine to complete the repair and took a bunch of wirings from the washing machine with him.

After that day, till now, I am trying to contact him regarding my repair and m not getting any satisfactory response.

    Sir I have registered a complaint of my 39inch LED tv in September which have warranty of FIVE years, your technician came to my house for check the problem and he founded the TV is not working, after some days I got a call from your agency that they will replace my TV I said ok, sir now the issue is after 50 days your agency called me and saying that they are now upgrading 39inch to 43inc smart tv, and asking me to pay 11990 is it fare sir, why I should pay wen company not having stock is it my fault, I want a solution of this as soon as possible I attached my bill copy

        I had purchased LLOYD SPLIT LS12B332WACR on 21.05.2020 and from the the next 5 days on wards the compressor getting loud sound and the same was noticed to the seller. They have checked and said that the same will intimate to LLOYD Customer Service to either to change compressor not for repair. But till today no response from both sides.
        I pleased to check the compressor and repair the same/get new compressor/ Refund for full product or else i will legally take action on both of you.

          Purchased on 07.112018 and installed on 12.10.18 but there was no water supplying pipe inside. The shop keeper Panda Electronics, Udala refused to give it and I purchased it from local market and hire a workman to cheak the product. A leakage was explored and repaired all total Rs. 500/- from my pocket. One days after it stopped spinning. I therefore filed an online complain with break down request no.[protected]on 13.1020 but since than no action has been taken.

            I purchase a Lloyd LED 40" TV in November 2016 and for two months Llyod customer care is saying we will check for parts now The service team informed me that they have discontinued this model and the service parts for this product is not available. Instead, they will calculate the depreciation value of the TV, and I can buy a new one by for 10000 rs I have to buy a new TV from them at the MRP value. They are refusing even to consider a DEALER PRICE. Even if I buy a new TV, after 3 years if it went wrong, they will picture the same story and will ask me to buy another Lloyd TV. This is a truly unfair sales business I have ever heard. The short production of service parts is not Customer fault. The company must understand that a customer must receive continuous support from them or we will simply refuse to opt it and will go for other brands. There are many pioneers out there in the market. I raised my complaint against Lloyd to fair treat their customers and to warn about products from such companies who opt to buy from them.

              This is to inform you that i had purchased a television from V.P.TRADERS Mapusa Goa in the year 2018 which found found faulty in screen issued by your concern Engineer inspected before 1 month and not able to give the replacement inspite of several follow ups.

              I would like brought and noticed to you that i had waited almost for the month for replacement of My television which under warranty for 03 years and badly suffered because your poor services both from company and supplier side.

              unfortunately i will not recommend to anyone for purchasing TV of your company and brand.

              it is my humble request to you to replace my television as soon as possible.

                Sub- Complaint against pending and late service of LLoyd Washing Machine.

                With ref to Service Request id[protected], (Lloyd Washing Machine) your technician visited our home and told that its wiring is needed to be changed completely and also told that new wiring will cost approx. Rs. 1500 and it will be done in home itself and we need not to take it to service centre .And he asked for his service charge in advance so we gave him 600Rs and he took away old jacks of washing.
                Then one of your staff named Shivam (Office in PD Nagar Unnao - U.P.) called us and told that washing machine is needed to bring in service centre for service and new wiring will be installed in service centre not in home so I asked, were they going to do repairing work instead of new work how much it will cost, shivam said it will be new wiring and cost will be same amount Rs 1500 then I was not sure that whether they will service it by using new wiring or they will do the repairing job, so I insisted him to make it serviced in home itself as explained by technician first.
                After that, second technician came with old jacks with some added wiring, who also inspected washing machine and said that by new wiring he will do and it can be done in home itself then he talked to shivam for confirmation for new wiring but shivam said new wiring does not come with jack, but only wire comes with it .Then second technician said that he will service washing machine by repairing it at service centre and it will cost 1000Rs then we were sure that washing machine will be serviced by repairing not by using new wiring but Shivam was rigid on this point this point that it will get new wiring.
                When we said that your technician is talking contrary then he said that now when after one or two year new wiring will come it will be serviced and such an irresponsible and rude response he was giving instead of his false statement regarding new wiring, After that so much of discussion he agreed for new wiring within one month, and now after one month and there no response from them.

                I want to conclude the matter that we have no problem in sending washing machine for service to service centre if at first, technician would have told the same and its been Dear Sir,

                    I have purchased the Inverter split AC from Reliance Digital. I am facing P4 error in my SPLIT AC from last 3 months and its not yet resolved. I have raised around 10 complaints but issue is still coming. In my last complaint they agree to replace the out door unit but now they are denying to replace. Worst ever service they are providing and loosing the customers. They also not providing there senior manager details and not understanding customers problem. Also when we raised a complain they provide some code which we need to provide technician after problem resolved so that they can close the ticket. But they are closing without customer approval because i do not provide that code and did not sign any where. Please do not buy LLyod product as they are providing worst service and no customer satisfaction. Now i need help to replace my unit on which they agreed.
                    They visited multiple times and still problem is not resolved. Recent ticket which I opened is[protected]. No one is supporting now.

                      We M/s Akay flavours & Aromatics Pvt Ltd, Tadas P.O, Byadgi, Haveri dist, Karnataka, purchased two LLoyd A/C (split TYPE)(serial nos are NAHHG02002559 & NAHHG[protected] on 28-Aug-2019
                      The both A/C were break downed respectively on 13/07/2020 & 12/08/2020 (in warranty period) and we registered the complaint on the same day., and the JOB IDs are[protected] &[protected].
                      The service man from Sri Guru Services (CS41074) visited many time but
                      both complaints are still not solved today 12-Oct-2020. Now it is showing " complaint is CLOSED" when tracking with the job id in the whats-app.
                      This service is done by Sri Guru Services (CS41074).

                        Sir, we have purchaes a split AC 1.5 tonne Invertor AC from Patra Electronics, Sambalpur, Odisha on 16.3.20.With 3 days from purchase thir was cooling issue due to leakage.thereafter for other issue we have completed 3 times but we didn't get any respose we registered complaint with reference no[protected] dt. 14.9.20 &[protected] dt.8.10.20 but till date we didn't get any response.Sorry to say for the poor services from your company as i trusted the brand.
                        Till 7 months from the date of purchase i used the AC for 15- 20 days.I want the A Ctobe replaced immediately otherwise I will have to go in legal way..
                        Kindly revert back immediately..

                          I had registered a service request for my lloyd washing machine.
                          The service agent visited my place, took the money. And did not respond back.
                          After regularly asking, they told me to wait for a new spin motor. After a month of followup, they now ask me to raise a new complaint and repay for the service that wasn't resolved at the first place.

                          Tried contacting lloyd customer care, and they told me that the manager will be contacting me.
                          The issue still hasn't been resolved.

                            We had a complaint in ac outdoor unit board at my home. We had purchased the ac from oxygen digital shop at kottayam, kerala and one of their representative came here to install the ac and the same person came here for the service. After his examination he told us that the outdoor unit board need to be changed and he told it costs rs. 9000. We told him not to change the board for the time being. Later on we have contacted lloyd company service center at kottayam directly and one person came to our home and checked the ac. He then told us that the board is still under warranty and he ordered the board from lloyd and then he came to us with the new board to install. When he was trying to install the new board he told us that the sensors, some wires, and screws are missing. We then tried to contact oxygen digital shop to report this theft. All these are happening since 6 months and no action taken yet. We need an immediate solution.

                              Bought Lloyd Split AC on 12 sep and it stopped cooling, technician mentioned its a gas leakage issue which he could not figure out even after opening the entire indoor and outdoor unit, filled it with nitrogen to leave for 24 hours, right now i am looking for refund of the amount from Lloyd's team instead of repaired/replacement product as i am do not have faith in their product anymore because this has never happened in the past with other AC brands. I have sent an email to Lloyd's support team and waiting for their reply .
                              They sent 3rd party technicians for installation also who did not do any paper work and was asking for installation charges even though i was informed by Croma store that there is no installation charge (which they resolved after my multiple calls on the day).
                              After checking complaints from other customers i am sure this is a persistent issue with their ACs so i would like to get a refund of my purchase

                              Today's update on the matter...looking for a resolution on the same

                              Technician's came and mentioned that the gas leakage is in indoor unit, and it needs to be replaced. Spoke to Krishan (Area Service Head) who is asking me to get it replaced, however as mentioned earlier in this email and to him as well over call, I am not looking for replacement product even if it is new.
                              While raising a complaint on the consumer complaints forum online I checked that every 2nd customer who bought the Split AC has raised the same issue which means its a manufacturing defect. And surprisingly a lot of these complaints have been raised this year only during summers

                              Let me know who do I need to speak to for refund because I am not interested to be fooled anymore by your company . Please connect me to the escalation team for this as customer care team would not be able to resolve it

                              @Croma Team : I would like to know the next steps from your side how are you planning to arrange this from Lloyd as you were my first point of contact during the purchase. And going forward please keep Lloyd team in your replies and do not remove them from this thread. I do not want to have repetitive conversations on this matter with both the teams separately

                                    Its really the worst experience ever with any service engineer I faced today.
                                    I raised complaint for the ac repair but the mechanic came only to switch on the ac, checked some voltage for a second and spoke just some rubbish unrelated issues which he didn't want to do right there. Immediately demanding service charges without solving the issue. As I forbid to pay the any charge he left the place by saying find yourself another engineer.
                                    What kind of service are you providing??
                                    We don't take service from company to listen rubbish from your engineers. We need real service.

                                    Attached #retail invoice, #warranty card(showing complete coverage including gas leakage repair) but your service engineer is saying leakage repair won't cover in warranty.

                                      Regarding with model no. Ls18i52av inverter spilit ac. I purchased this product on[protected] from ups enterprise magadh colony gaya bihar whose gst no is. Bvxps7117msd001. After one month o[censored]se its indore unit was stop working. After several attempt from service center product is not working properly till now. There is always some defect in the indore unit. After contacting to service center person he clearifiy me that it is a case of manufacturing defect which never got shot out. And for the service there is no spare parts available in the center.
                                      I’m totally disappointed with the product so i request to the service center to replace the product but they are not taking any further action toward it. Kindly look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible
